Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable payment of 30% of the tour cost is payable at the time of booking to TrailbikeTours (the Company), with the remaining balance being paid no later than 2 weeks before the holiday by bank transfer, credit card, or by cash on arrival.

As has been our policy throughout the COVID pandemic, if any tour has to be postponed because of deteriorating pandemic conditions, deposits will be carried over to the rescheduled tour, or reimbursed if this is not possible.

A refundable deposit of 300€, or non-refundable payment of 20€ per riding day, will be paid at the beginning of the tour by all clients using company motorbikes or equipment. The refundable deposit will be refunded at the end of the tour less the cost of any damage caused, whereas the non-refundable payment will not, irrespective of how much damage is caused. In both cases no further payment will be involved. All damage is to be assessed and evaluated by the Company, whose decision is final.

All clients agree to ride in a sensible and safe manner, and within the limits of their ability. The costs of all incidents on tarred roads, or with a third party, including another rider, will be charged to the client, up to a maximum of 300€. This is in addition to the above bikes & equipment deposit / payment.

All clients acknowledge the inherent risks and dangers of the tour, and travel entirely at their own risk. All clients should have full medical and repatriation insurance. EC clients should also have a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).

All clients must hold a valid motorcycle licence which should be carried at all times whilst riding motorbikes in Spain.

Neither the Company, its agents, nor any other person assisting them, is liable for any personal loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or inconvenience whether caused by acts of the Company, its agents or events outside the Company's control (e.g. strikes, civil war, mechanical breakdown, weather etc.)

If a client leaves a tour voluntarily before completion of the tour, or is required to do so by the Company on the grounds that the client's presence is detrimental to the safety or well-being of the tour, equipment or any person on the tour, then all liability that the Company may bear to that client will cease immediately. The Company will have no responsibility for repatriation or any other expenses that may arise out of such an event.

All clients will abide by the authority and decisions of the tour guide, and will comply strictly with the laws and customs of all countries visited.

The company reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such circumstances payments will be refunded in full.
