A non‑refundable payment of 30% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking with TrailbikeTours (the Company). The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the holiday by bank transfer, credit card, Bitcoin, or in cash on arrival.
At the start of the tour, all clients using Company motorbikes or equipment must provide either a refundable deposit of 300€, or a non‑refundable payment of 20€ per riding day. The refundable deposit will be returned at the end of the tour minus the cost of any damage. The non‑refundable payment will not be returned, regardless of any damage caused. In both cases, no additional charges will be applied. All damage will be assessed solely by the Company, whose decision is final.
All clients agree to ride safely, responsibly, and within their personal ability. Any incidents occurring on tarred roads or involving a third party, including another rider, will be charged to the client up to a maximum of 300€. This is in addition to the above motorbike and equipment deposit/payment.
All clients acknowledge the inherent risks of off‑road motorbike touring and participate entirely at their own risk. We strongly recommend full medical and repatriation insurance. EC clients should carry a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), and UK clients should carry a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC).
All clients must hold a valid motorcycle licence and carry it at all times while riding in Spain.
Neither the Company, its agents, nor any assisting persons are liable for personal loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or inconvenience arising from Company actions, third parties, or events beyond the Company’s control (including strikes, civil unrest, mechanical failure, weather, etc.).
If a client leaves a tour voluntarily before completion, or is required to leave by the Company due to behaviour that endangers the safety or well‑being of the tour, equipment, or any person, all Company liability to that client ceases immediately. The Company accepts no responsibility for repatriation or any expenses arising from such circumstances.
All clients must follow the authority and instructions of the tour guide and comply fully with the laws and customs of all countries visited.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour. In such cases, all payments will be refunded in full.
